We've been ALL going through some upside down, topsy turvy tumultuous experiences, and I felt that opening a Zoom Room on May 4th to offer space, go quietly inside and turn towards what showed up, would be of service. The invitation is similar to a grounding, but it's more than that.
These are the recordings. Listen to one or both, whenever you like. The invitation is to just be with whatever arises for about 30 to 40 minutes. There is no right or wrong. Just accept or decline whatever is invited during these landings, and mostly it's for you to be with your True Self.
