This is my purpose.  This is my vocation and mission in life. 

I love these three words.  Creating Conscious Connection.  The first time I heard them was during a conversation with my dear friend, Lesley.  She reminded me that in all that I do and all that I am, my underlying context are these three words.   And so I have allowed the 3 C’s to guide me in my life - in relationships, in my service to others, and in everything I experience.

As a Soul Coach, PSYCH-K® (Basic and Advanced) and Holoenergetics Facilitator, I have the privilege of offering different tools to assist and guide people to become aware of their inner transformative experiences.  Intuition, Reiki and energy healing are also sacred pieces of my toolbox.

It brings me much joy to be part of another’s journey. 

And in the midst of living, we learn.....and I’m gonna have fun doing it!

“In the midst of living we learn” came to me as the first line in a poem I wrote many years ago - ok, I added the last part recently.  I want what many people desire in life:  love, joy, peace, abundance, great good and fun and more.  And each time I’ve read or spoken those words, I am reminded of the experiences that have transformed me.  A situation may have felt difficult, challenging, and even had a hint of angst.  Some have been incredibly fulfilling and exciting - humorous in fact!  And as a result I had a transformational shift in my being, in my beliefs, in my Self.  So I take these lessons and help others become awakened to their own reality, their own purpose - perhaps to see something that is out of the frame that might help in their journey or changing the printout of life.  Ultimately, to be conscious of their authentic Self.

My world is much more fun, juicy and vibrant when it includes conversations and collaboration with others.  Relationship is the greatest teacher.  And we might as well have fun together, right?
