This is my vocation and mission. 

I seriously love these three words.  Creating Conscious Connection.  The first time I heard them was during a conversation with my dear friend, Lesley.  She reminded me in all I do and all that I am, my underlying context are these three words.   And so the 3 C’s guide me every day - in relationships, in my service to others, and in everything I experience.  And now I use them to help others design their OWN juicy, vibrant life.

As an Intuitive Soul Coach, I use so many fantastic tools like PSYCH-K® (Basic and Advanced) and Holoenergetics to assist and guide people to become aware of their inner transformative experiences.  Intuition, Reiki and energy healing are also sacred pieces of my toolbox.

It brings me much joy to be part of another’s journey. 

And in the midst of living, we learn.....and I’m having fun doing it!

“In the midst of living we learn” came to me as the first line in a poem I wrote many years ago - ok, I added the last part recently.  I want what many people desire in life:  love, joy, peace, friends, abundance, great food, fun and more.  Each time I’ve read or spoken those words, I am reminded of the experiences that have transformed me.  A situation may have felt difficult, challenging, and even had a whole lot of angst.  Some have been incredibly fulfilling and exciting - humorous in fact!  And as a result there was a transformational shift in my being, in my beliefs, in my Self.  I take these lessons and help others to awaken to their reality and their purpose - perhaps to see something out of the frame that might help their journey and chane the printout of life.  Ultimately, it is to be their authentic Self.

This site is about who I am and how I can be of service, whether through a blog post, a little tidbit of information or as your soul coach.  I invite your questions, perspectives and interpretations. My world is fun, juicy and vibrant when it includes conversations and collaboration with others.  Relationship is my greatest teacher.  We might as well have fun together, right?
