Creating Conscious Connection. This, I believe, is at the core of life. All that I do, be it soul coaching, facilitating or embracing all the roles that I play, it all comes down to the lessons I learn about Who I Am within my relationships.

Tied in to it all is Family.  Having grown up as a 4th generation Chinese-Canadian family of seven, it gave me a sense of belonging and connectedness.  Yet there were times I felt separate because of my heritage and the colour of my skin.  What I learned was that no matter where we are from, or who we are, it is important to welcome everyone with open arms into my sacred circle, my ‘family’.  Spending time with people is a joyful past-time, especially when it involves savouring great food, creating squeals of laughter or engaging in inspiring and even silly conversations.  I LOVE to live in the moment.  Even with the challenges of relationship and the many triggers - and god knows there are many - I embrace the learning that comes as I ask the question “Who am I?” in the context of the current experience.  It doesn’t matter what the answer is, what matters is that I have asked the question. 

SOUL COACH

Soul Coach is a term that describes an integration of the traditional life coach and my intuitive skills and abilities.  It is the sum total of life  experience, study and training in various subjects and philosophies, including Life Coaching,  PSYCH-K®, Holoenergetics, Reiki, Human Design, personal spiritual development and exploration.

The basis of Soul Coaching sessions:    We all ‘know’ that we each have a purpose in life.  Each is special, unique and important.  The great game is to become aware of your purpose and your authentic Self, even while we resist it, as I did for a number of years.  It takes time to learn and engage in a journey of self-discovery, to appreciate the Whole being that we are.  My “work” as a Soul Coach is to be a guide on your life path.  Each coaching session can incorporate a variety of experiences and every meeting is unique. The intention is to help YOU take the driver’s seat and change your life.

Integrated into each session is the opportunity to use different tools, including but not limited to:

1. •PSYCH-K® Balances which help change limiting beliefs, and
   

2. •Holoenergetics®, a transformational process that takes you to the core of the issues or trauma (physical or emotional) and transforms it to what you want to create.
   

Soul coaching assists in creating action steps to support the new beliefs you discover along the way!  Cuz what you can think, you can have!

A soul coaching journey is rewarding and full of learning for both my clients and myself. I truly love watching clients re-ignite their passions, begin to uncover their purpose, and engage in an authentic life.

Being a facilitator in Holoenergetics® is an honour and an incredible experience to be a part of and witness.  Like PSYCH-K, I am happy to provide these sessions separately from Soul Coaching.  As I noted in my blog post about my training, it’s all about resonance and healing.  The only way to describe it is facilitating an incredible shift on all levels of being....yeah, that doesn’t describe it either....how about this:

Designing a JUICY VIBRANT LIFE!

Being a Facilitator is a life long journey.  Over the years through weekend and training sessions, I’ve collected some wonderful tools and skills to produce fun, creative and meaningful workshops for all ages.  Along with youth events, I collaborate with other life coaches and colleagues and together we create programs in a variety of areas such as personal and spiritual development, lifepath planning, parenting, visioning and team building.

YOUNG WOMEN’S DISCOVERY SOCIETY & WEEKEND

My first experience as a facilitator was at the Young Women’s Weekend in 1997.  This event inspired me to create a grass-roots not-for-profit organization called the Young Women’s Discovery Society. For over 10 years I have been facilitating empowerment and leadership workshops for young women and adults.
